Our company is committed to integrating sustainability into our core activities by implementing a structured Corporate Sustainability Program that addresses the three main pillars of environmental, social and governance (ESG). This document outlines our practices, policies and procedures to achieve our sustainability goals and ensure a positive long-term impact.

2.1 Environmental policy

Our environmental policy reflects our commitment to minimizing our environmental impact. The management's mission statement is as follows:

"We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint by adopting sustainable practices and continuously seeking ways to improve our environmental performance. Our goal is to create a healthier planet for future generations through responsible resource management, pollution prevention and environmental compliance."

2.2 Assessment of the environmental impact

We regularly assess the environmental impact of our activities through comprehensive audits and evaluations. These assessments include energy consumption, resource use, waste generation and emissions.

2.3 Environmental goals

‍Saving resources: Our company is actively committed to reducing the consumption of resources. We rely on recycling and reusable packaging units, e.g. the use of recyclable plastic boxes instead of cardboard boxes for household clearances. The cardboard boxes we use today are already made from 100% recycled raw materials. This supports our initiatives to minimize materials and waste. In order to meet our separation rate, we pre-sort unavoidable waste and then send it to our certified waste management company for recycling or thermal recovery. The separation rate is monitored and checked annually. We have also installed a water dispenser at our site instead of providing water in PET bottles for our employees. This supports our zero-waste initiative and the reduction of single-use plastic and saves around 1500-2000 PET bottles a year. We collect empty toner cartridges in a collection box so that they can be recycled by the manufacturer.
Waste management: Development and implementation of robust waste management strategies to effectively reduce, reuse and recycle waste.
Reducing our carbon footprint: Setting measurable targets to reduce our carbon footprint by increasing energy efficiency, switching to renewable energy sources and minimizing unnecessary travel. To further reduce our carbon footprint, we are increasingly relying on electric company vehicles. Our company car fleet is gradually being converted to electric vehicles and already consists of 3 purely electric company vehicles that are emission-free and energy-efficient during operation. These vehicles are powered by at least 70% - 100% green electricity, which further reduces the environmental impact. As far as possible, we want to expand our fleet of electric service vehicles to 5 purely electric cars by 2029. We use modern trucks equipped with EURO 6 engines to transport our goods. These engines meet the highest European emissions standards and make a significant contribution to reducing pollutant emissions. By using these trucks, we significantly reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter, which not only improves air quality but also makes an important contribution to climate protection. In addition, we are continuously optimizing our logistics processes to avoid empty runs and maximize the efficiency of our transport routes. Our goal is to only operate trucks with EURO 6 engines or higher by 2029.
